Who we are

This website and its pages, guides, emails and programs (including the Perception Predictive Lab) are run by Emilia Ferreira (“we,” “us”). You can reach us anytime at hello@raisingona.com.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email address when you request a guide or join a program, and anything you choose to share when you write to us.
• Purchases: when you buy, payment is processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our pages may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand, in general terms, how pages are used.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as your guide or program access.
• To send emails about our work, programs and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
• To give you access to paid programs, including adding your email to our private space on Substack.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To keep records required by law, such as purchase records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we work with

We use trusted third-party services to run this work, and they process your information only to provide their service. These include systeme.io (pages and email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Substack (the private Lab space), Zoom (live sessions) and Google (file delivery). Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or in a program, and for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to hello@raisingona.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

International visitors

We work with people around the world, and our service providers may store information in the United States or other countries. By using this site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care with what you share.

Children

This website and our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Educational purposes only

All content, including guides, emails, live sessions and Lab materials, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. Always consult your doctor or a licensed professional before making changes to your health, or to your child’s health. Results vary from person to person.

Purchases

The Perception Predictive Lab is a one-time payment for twelve months of access. It does not renew automatically. Because access to the Lab and its digital content begins as soon as you join, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

All content we share is for your personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute it without permission.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
