That's important because the brain changes through repetition. The more often it visits a healthy pattern, the easier that pattern becomes to access.

This is one of my favorite tools for kids. We constantly ask them to "calm down," but we rarely teach their brains how. BrainTap gives them a simple way to practice the brain state we're asking them to achieve.

ReMag, Magnesio líquido

I don't take a long list of supplements, so the ones that make it into my routine have to earn their place. Magnesium is one of them. It's involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body, from muscle and nervous system function to sleep and energy production, yet many people don't get enough.
