We can create an intentional future.

The truth is, given the rapidly increasing pace of change, the coming years will feel chaotic, unpredictable, and downright scary at times. But zoom out. We're in the most exciting period in human history. 

Remember: We have the ability to create an intentional future. This future isn't happening to us, we have the ability to guide where it goes. Your role as a caregiver isn’t to survive the system. It’s to flip it—turn scarcity into resourcefulness, fear into clarity, and meet the mess with curiosity.
